Explore the Bonnieheath Estate Lavender & Winery grounds, where vineyards, orchards, prairie grasses, lavender fields, and natural wetland await you. Enjoy a taste testing and tour the farm and winery. In addition to a variety of wines and ciders, Bonnieheath also produces an entire line of lavender-based luxuries, right on site. In 2016, Brantford-born Lawren Harris’ work, Mountain Forms, set the record for the most expensive work by a Canadian artist ever sold at auction- at just over $11.2 million. Enjoy a driving tour of two of his childhood homes and travel to view a brand-new piece of art to commemorate Lawren Harris and his contributions to Canadian art history. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to create your own Lawren Harris themed masterpiece. Finish with a stop at the Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant. Browse the beautifully landscaped gardens and enjoy a tour of the Gallery’s current exhibitions. Return home will be early evening. (B)
